1. General Terms and Acceptance

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services offered by 777dk, including but not limited to sports betting, live in-play betting, online casino games, live dealer games, crash games, slot games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programmes operated by the platform.

1.2 The 777dk platform operates under an offshore gaming licence. Online gambling regulations in Bangladesh are legally ambiguous. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 777dk platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you have satisfied yourself that your use of the platform is not contrary to applicable laws in your location.

1.3 777dk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via the platform's website or by email to registered account holders. The version of the Terms published on the website at the time of your use governs that interaction. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.

1.4 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the original intention.

1.5 These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative text.

1.6 By using the 777dk platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk, that the house maintains a statistical edge in all casino games, and that no outcome can be guaranteed. Past results do not predict future results. 777dk is a platform for entertainment and should be treated as such.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

2.1 The 777dk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Persons under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, placing bets, or participating in any game or promotion on the platform.

2.2 By registering a 777dk account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 777dk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.3 If 777dk determines or reasonably suspects that an account is held by an individual under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment method from which they were received, less any withdrawals already processed. No winnings generated by an underage player will be paid out.

2.4 In addition to the age requirement, you must not be registered on any self-exclusion database or be subject to any court order or other legal restriction that prohibits you from gambling. You must not be acting on behalf of another person when using the platform.

2.5 777dk supports responsible gaming measures that protect minors from accessing gambling content. We encourage players to use parental control software if minors share their devices. We accept no liability for minors gaining access to the platform through the registered account of an adult user.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 To use the full range of 777dk services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with 777dk. The creation of duplicate, additional, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

3.3 777 dk reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction flagged by our risk monitoring systems. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested for this purpose, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.

3.4 Documents submitted for verification purposes must be valid, unaltered, and clearly legible. 777dk reserves the right to reject documents that appear to have been tampered with or that cannot be authenticated. Submission of forged, fraudulent, or misleading documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

3.5 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 777dk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 777dk immediately at [email protected].

3.6 Account registration and use of the 777dk platform is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use your account to conduct transactions on behalf of other individuals, operate as an agent, or resell services provided by the platform in any form.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 777dk accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The available methods and their associated minimum/maximum transaction limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change without advance notice.

4.2 The minimum deposit on the 777dk platform is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 777dk does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 777dk accepts no responsibility.

4.3 All funds deposited into your 777dk account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where funds are sent from an account, wallet, or card belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from third-party sources may be voided and any associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed by 777dk during operational hours. Withdrawals to mobile wallet services including bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 777dk reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals and high-value transactions.

4.5 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 777dk reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits on individual transactions or within defined time periods. These limits, where applicable, will be communicated via your account settings or upon request from customer support.

4.6 777dk does not accept cryptocurrency payments. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in other currencies through international card networks will be converted to BDT at the applicable exchange rate applied by your card issuer or payment network; 777dk does not control or guarantee this rate.

4.7 In the event that funds are deposited into your 777dk account in error — whether due to a technical fault, processing error, or any other reason — you are required to notify 777dk immediately. Any erroneously credited funds remain the property of 777dk and must not be wagered or withdrawn. 777dk reserves the right to reverse any such transaction without prior notice.

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

5.1 777dk offers bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. These Terms constitute the general framework within which all promotional terms operate; in the event of a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Bonuses awarded to your account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and game type; please refer to the individual offer page for the applicable requirement.

5.3 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account or through the use of a different payment method to circumvent the one-bonus-per-player rule constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

5.4 Certain games may contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute at 100% of stakes wagered, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. 5.5 777dk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including after it has been credited to a player's account, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where the promotion was offered in error. Players who attempt to exploit promotional offers through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or collusion will have their bonus funds voided and may have their accounts suspended.

5.6 Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your 777dk account balance. Withdrawals will first be satisfied from your real-money balance. Bonus funds and any winnings generated by bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the 777dk sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. These rules are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform and cover event settlement, void conditions, in-play betting restrictions, and the treatment of postponed, abandoned, or cancelled events.

6.2 For cricket betting specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — the following general principles apply: matches abandoned due to weather will be settled in accordance with the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method if a result has been determined by the relevant governing body; otherwise, stakes will be returned. In-play markets are suspended during wicket events and other significant match moments to allow odds recalculation.

6.3 777dk reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets accepted at incorrect odds resulting from a technical malfunction, human pricing error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. 777dk will notify affected players where practicable.

6.4 All casino games on the 777dk platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology for non-live game outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each casino game, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages where published, are available within the individual game interface.

6.5 Maximum bet limits apply across all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are set dynamically by 777dk's trading and risk management teams and may vary by market, event, player account history, and stake size. 777dk reserves the right to accept, limit, or decline any individual bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

6.6 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the records maintained by 777dk's systems shall be the definitive record. If you believe an error has occurred in the settlement of a bet, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the settlement date by contacting 777dk customer support. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for review.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

7.1 By using the 777dk platform, you agree to act in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm the platform, its staff, other users, or the integrity of the games and betting markets offered.

7.2 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777dk platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts or accounts using another person's identity or details.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or any technical weakness in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the platform in place of a human user.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated group strategies designed to exploit promotional offers or guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Colluding with other players in casino table games or live dealer games.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first raising the dispute with 777dk support.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 777dk customer support staff or other users.

7.3 You must not use the 777dk platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location prior to accessing the platform.

7.4 777dk complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under its offshore operating licence. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals, to freeze accounts pending AML review, and to file reports with relevant financial intelligence authorities where legally required. Cooperation with AML requests is a condition of continued account access.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 You may request closure of your 777dk account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided that all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied and no investigations are pending.

8.2 777dk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false information; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; failure to complete required verification; or where continued operation of the account would expose 777dk to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

8.3 Where an account is closed by 777dk due to a material breach of these Terms — including confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or chargebacks — 777dk reserves the right to retain the account balance, void all pending bets, and cancel any outstanding bonus funds. 777dk will notify the account holder of such action by email where practicable.

8.4 Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a cooling-off period, a temporary account suspension, or a permanent self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked for deposits and gameplay; withdrawals of any remaining real-money balance remain accessible. 8.5 In the event of your death, 777dk will work with your designated next of kin or legal representative to return any real-money balance held in your account, subject to the provision of appropriate documentation including proof of identity, a death certificate, and evidence of legal authority to act on behalf of your estate.

8.6 All disputes regarding account closure, balance forfeitures, or the application of these Terms must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 777dk will endeavour to respond to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
